Jonathan holds a Master’s degree in Business Management, with a specialization in Finance and Audit, from Haute École Francisco Ferrer in Brussels. He brings extensive experience supporting clients across the commercial, industrial, and public sectors, and is recognized as a key reference in group audits and audit methodology. Known for his structured thinking and hands-on approach, he delivers high-quality, reliable insights in complex and demanding environments. Within his firm, Jonathan plays a central role in the design and implementation of the System of Quality Management (ISQM), ensuring alignment with the highest professional standards and fostering a strong culture of quality and continuous improvement. He is also actively involved in the firm’s recruitment activities, contributing to the identification and development of future talent. In addition to statutory audits, he is involved in a wide range of assurance engagements, including contributions in kind, interim dividends, liquidations, and restructurings. Jonathan is a certified “Réviseur d’Entreprises agréé” and a chartered accountant in Luxembourg. He is fluent in French and English and has a working knowledge of Dutch.
