He graduated from EHSAL Brussel (Belgium) with a Master in Accountancy and Tax Sciences. Erik started his career in 1995 as auditor in a Belgian mid-sized audit company in which he is still active and performs audits in a wide variety of commercial and industrial companies. In Luxembourg, he joined Van Cauter-Snauwaert & Co Sàrl, in 2004 and specialized in audits of securitization vehicles and consolidated financial statements. Erik is fluent in Dutch, French and English and has knowledge of Spanish and German.

Ilias graduated from Haute Ecole Francisco Ferrer (Belgium) with a Master in Finance and Economic sciences. He started his career in 1996 in an international audit firm in Brussels auditing commercial companies. He moved in Luxembourg in 2004 and joined another international audit firm serving clients in the asset management industry and more specifically management companies and investments funds (Alternative and UCITS funds).
